A Celebration of Life Memorial Services were held on Saturday, February 1, 2020 at 2:00 p. at the Pine Knot Southern Baptist Church with Bro. Survivors include her husband; Anthony "Tony" Delap of Whitley City, KY., daughter; Destinee Delap and son; Bryson Delap also of Whitley City, and a brother; Donald F. and wife Michelle Kennedy of Whitley the family wishes, cremation was chosen. Funeral service were held on Saturday, May 25, 2019 at 1:00 pm in the chapel of the Pine Knot Funeral Home. Our lives were enriched by knowing Lula and loving her, for to know her was to love her. She enjoyed traveling, boating and all water sports. Donald Lee Perry, age 58 years, of Whitley City, Kentucky died October 22, 2021 at the Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital in Somerset, Kentucky.

She was born in McCreary County, Kentucky on October 6, 1947 the daughter of Joe and Mable (Dick) Thompson. Preceding her in death were her parents, her husband, Millard Reed, three sisters, Clara Baker, Golda Hall, and Flora Dalton, a son, Robert Reed, and great grandson, Jake Reed. Her parents, Fred and Flossie Spradlin; son, Gary "Jody" Daugherty; brothers, Elmon, Bob and Inman Spradlin; sisters, Dorothy Musgrove, Ora Bowman and Judy Spradlin preceded her in death. Entombment followed service at Carson Memorial Gardens. Surviving family include her children: Gracelynn Braden Coffey of Whitley City, Melody Perry, Alijah Perry and Hunter Perry. Trula (Waters) Smith, 65, of Daleville, Indiana left the cares of this life on Friday July 27, 2018 to forever live and worship her Savior in Heaven. He was born in Funston, Kentucky on February 27, 1932 the son James and Hazel (Taylor) Freeman. Bonnie is preceded in death by her parents; her brothers, Larry Coffey, Randy Coffey and Sandy Coffey; and her sister, Mae Snyder. She was born on March 28, 1961 in Washington D. to the late Buford and Ann Kidd. Her parents and brother, Ronnie King, Jr. precede her in death.

The family received friends for visitation on Friday evening from 6:00 until 9:00 at the funeral home. Roy Elmer Jones, age 73 years, 7 months and 23 days, of Seymour, Tennessee, passed away Monday May 27, 2019 at the Ft. Sanders Regional Medical Center in Knoxville, Tennessee. She was the daughter of the late Ernest and Ruth Boreing Chesnut. Willie was a people person, he never met a stranger. The family received friends after 6pm Thursday, May 5, 2022 at the Funeral Home. King and Venia B. Wiley Vander Spradlin, age 90, widower of Christine (Watters) Spradlin passed away Sunday March 20, 2022 at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital. Dow Goodin (Ellen), Howard Goodin (Joyce) both of Parkers Lake, Kentucky, Kenny Goodin (Geneva) of Whitley City, Kentucky; sisters, Carolyn Coleman (Dave) of Burnside, Kentucky and Linda Sue Vanover of Pine Knot, Kentucky; grandchildren, Anthony, Shelia, Tiffany, Brittany, Tony Ray, and Ralston; and great grandchildren, Ruben, Krystal, Angie Kylie, Kendal, and Bretlee. Virginia is survived by: three sons, Frank Perry, Tim Sizemore, and Mark Jacobs; three daughters, Gloria Mills and husband, James, Lisa Seiguer, and Joann Osbourne; one brother, Don Neal and wife, Kathy; one sister, Mary Agostino, seven grandchildren, and several great grandchildren. He also enjoyed collecting coins, baseball cards, and watching sports. Burial followed in the Sandhill Cemetery. She leaves to cherish her memory her children: Bobby King Sr. and wife Janice of Evarts, Jessie King and wife Helen of Ewing, VA, Margaret Ferrazza and husband David of Oneida, TN, Lois Neal and husband Jim of Pine Knot, KY, Joyce Kinney of Evarts, Christine King of Highsplint, 23 grandchildren, 53 great grandchildren and 25 Great great-grandchildren, 3 of which will be here in the near future, Lord willing, sisters: Myrtle Brewer of Cawood and Betty Arvin of Gulston. Clell loved time with his family and their family gatherings. The family would like to send a heart-felt thank you to Chester's cardiologist, Dr. Stephen Lewis for the outstanding care and support. He is survived by his companion, Sheila Taylor and her children, Melissa and husband Mike Holzmacher of California, Kentucky, Brian Taylor and Johannis Pareigis both of Suisun City, California. Survivors include his wife, Pheobe Perkins Wilson, step children, Derek Burke, and his wife Glenda, Matt Sams, and his wife Pam, Jennifer Muir, and her husband Ron, Beth Kilburn, and her husband Lonnie, Jimmie Elaine Cope and her husband, Danny, one brother, Clyde Wilson, one sister, Charlene Watters and her husband Earl, nine grandchildren, and three great grandchildren. Don worked as a foreman in the coal mines for 30 years, and travelled all over the country working as a Federal Highway Inspector on several high-profile highway projects for 7 years, of which included the construction of the Tom Lantos Tunnels (Devil's Slide Tunnels) in Pacifica, CA, a large section of the Natchez Trace Parkway in Natchez, MS, and even a year or so in beautiful Jackson Hole, WY.

Barbara Gail (Duncan) Barnett, age 70, passed away Friday, July 16, 2021, at the Anderson Mercy Hospital in Cincinnati, Ohio. Funeral services were held 1pm Friday, January 28, 2022 at the Mt. Donald Wilson officiating. He was born October 3, 1925 in the Jones Hollow Community to Hobert Corder and Mary Margaret Jones Corder. He was loved and respected by many who met him but, when asked, he would say 'I'm nothing fancy I'm just treating people the way I would want to be treated. Chester Finley Murphy, age 86, of Strunk, Kentucky, passed away Thursday, July 22, 2021, at the Big South Fork Medical Center in Oneida, Tennessee.

Phyllis was a very strong Patriot and proud Navy wife. Also surviving are 16 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren, and 4 step-children, Ted, Pat, Nonnie, and Fayrene Coffey, that Edna loved so dearly. She was a Guardian ad Litem, and a generous volunteer for seniors. He also taught Sunday School for many years at Church of the Cross in Salina. Graveside services were held 2pm Sunday, July 18, 2021 at the Sloan's Valley Cemetery. Stanley Jones, age 62, of Whitley City, Kentucky, passed away Sunday, July 8, 2018, at the Jean Waddle Care Center in Somerset, Kentucky. Funeral Services will be held Tuesday, December 28th, 2021 at the McCreary County Funeral Home at 12:00pm with burial following at the Angel Cemetery in Stearns.

Also survived by her dear sister, Jean Redfox and dear brother, Junior (Lela) Sims. He was born June 18, 1947 in Stearns, Kentucky to Lester Ball Sr. and Nina Ledbetter Ball. Hazel Opal Vaughn age 92 of Monticello, Kentucky passed from this life on Sunday, May 26, 2019 at the Golden Years Nursing Home. She loved spending time with her family, loved the Lord with all her heart, and was an avid church member. Ronnie was a member of the Hill Top Baptist Church.

James Herbert Vanover, age 87 years, of Parkers Lake, Kentucky, died Tuesday, February 12, 2019 in Oneida, Tennessee. Mary Alice was disabled but lived a good and happy life. Services were held Thursday at noon at the Rock Springs United Baptist Church. She was a homemaker and a member of the Meadow Grove Baptist Church. Fletcher Vanover, age 67 years, of Parkers Lake, Kentucky died Sunday, February 23, 2020 at his home. Wallace was born October 13, 1932, in Stearns, Kentucky.
