We have all of our units sprayed once a month with our third-party vendor. We enjoyed the lit tennis courts & it was nice to have a couple of rackets & balls in the condo for our use. This condo was so well furnished it made us feel right at home. This location is much more cozy and "local" feeling than being closer to Kona-Kailua town. We had never been during Thanksgiving, and it was perfect. There's a heated gulf-front pool, fitness room, saunas, tennis courts and shuffle-board onsite. It's an established, quiet neighborhood, and you can't get much closer to the crashing waves. Owner could spend a couple weeks of the rent on this place and make it really nice.
