I have the 750, no embroidery. You can skip the yacht, the sable coat, the Tiffany tree ornaments, the duplex AND the checks this year. It also eats the fabric sometimes. 8 feet isn't that much considering what other manufacturers offer at this price point (see Janome and Babylock). Now you might think, that's no big deal. All embroidery projects can be carried out comfortably using the generous embroidery area. If you have a good, nearby dealer they have classes to learn the machine. I can't believe Bernina would produce such a piece of junk as this. But it's here to stay now and I'm going to have to 'learn to love it.
