The first kit had a barrel with a defective feed ramp and was replaced in 11 days. I may get one later when I have the money but I'm not in a rush to do so. Installation was easy. The front of the original slide broke off around 15k rounds but I'm pretty sure that won't happen with this one.

Simply remove your slide as safely instructed in your owners manual, lubricate your new slide and enjoy your new TaurusTX™ 22 Competition. Only issue was that the screws holding the mounting plate to the barrel loosen during first range visit. So for 430 dollars I have a very versatile pistol that I can switch back and forth for whatever my needs are at the time. I love the weight of it and so far it seems to be accurate.
