My husband and I look for a king size bed and central air because we have two young children and it seems we never have enough room and and the room can never be cool enough. This one bedroom rental was perfect for our vacation all updated appliances and bathroom fixtures air-conditioned and a fantastic view from the beach would definitely rent here again the next time in Hilton head. This villa is the Biggest of the 2bd/2ba at Seaside. As expected, the condo was clean and well appointed. Would stay here again. We walked to Coligny Plaza every day, and also really enjoyed the week's membership to the gym, that the owner's provided. I would choose 1st or 2nd floor not the 3rd for full ocean view.
Sea Side Villas is also close to plenty of golf courses if you feel like skipping out to play a hole or two. The bed was comfortable and had plenty of room and the central air kept the whole condo cool. The condo is wonderfully situated, a short walk to Coligny Plaza with its restaurants, shops, ice cream parlour, a cinema and so much more. You can't go wrong with either unit.
