Now that I am using a voucher they are saying I don't qualify because electricity not included so my voucher decreased. At this point I'm still waiting to hear back on my viewing and lease (supposed to hear back week of Monday 12/7). I have CB preference and I believe I had municipal preference, too (I work for CUNY, if that counts).
