Denji's brain freeze is inherently funnier when his expression is shot and framed perfectly across multiple cuts and when the extent of his mental breakdown is dragged to the absolute limit of believability. The kind of motivation that would make him stronger in the face of fear and fill him with confidence when he needs it.
