Units come equipped with name-brand countertops, appliances and finishes, washers and dryers, air conditioning, charging outlets with USB ports, and hardwood floors. That's what I did, I emailed the agent the minute I saw my status changed to 'Review Complete', I asked her what does it mean? 4/18 first email asking for docs; submitted them by 4/19.
