And I think even other themes that often relate back to this idea of embracing complexity, which is what makes the field really interesting to work in. I think an argument could be made that actually the sustainability or ESG investing is a symptom not a cause, and the root cause really is kind of pervasive short-termism that is leading to these unsustainable outcomes over the medium to long term, which we're now manifesting themselves, which is really interesting. And I think incentives are super important. At least certainly in the part of governance, you are not necessarily the key stakeholder as much as a shareholder is. So instead, my strength was really kind of digging into companies and using what I learned from companies and their experiences, which is what I was familiar with doing, to piece together at a systems level where I thought the system would go. Customer switching is also quite limited here because gases being supplied represents a relatively small share of the end production costs, but it's absolutely critical to the process.
