Tore everything apart. That cleared up a lot of confusion for me. I would kinda like to see this as a "Sticky" so it could be a reference and a much easier way to show peeps how it could/should be... The Jiffy-box-lid-come-faceplate was then filed down so it fit snugly into the ashtray cavity. Also I got the fake greddy bov (running low boost) and it has 2 ends to put tubing on? How do you run your vacuum lines? I used the rubber grommet from the same location on the m52 intake. Got rid of that solenoid and just connected the FPR right to the manifold.
Note: In the aftermarket BOV diagrams that indicate to 'cap nipple' on the line coming off the turbo housing, this simply means either cap the nipple the Blue line was going to or eliminate the 'T' with a straight coupler (best option to avoid potential leaks).
