This is much more fun and interesting than it ever was in KH1. When Kingdom Hearts 2 was given its Final Mix release, Final Mix+, Square Enix surprised everyone by attaching a free copy of a new, 3D Chain of Memories remake for PlayStation 2, called Re:Chain of Memories. Gameplay is a definitive power fantasy that fails at doing anything else. The biggest of these new features are Duels, where Riku starts whenever he plays a card that matches the enemy's in value. There's also a quick-access "bookmark" available in combat, though the implementation is poor.
Maybe not objectively, but, for me, it has the sort of style and gameplay that I see whenever I think about what a "video game" is. I soldiered on through the wonky controls only to learn that my work didn't matter because the money would get stolen anyway and I had to seek an alternate route. Some tasks include a wild ride on Aladdin's magic carpet, helping Mulan join the Imperial Army, singing in a duet with Ariel, and helping an amnesiac Winnie the Pooh get enough honey to eat on an insane adventure that goes throughout the 100 Acre Wood and even on the text of the Pooh book itself. Kingdom Hearts III is an absolute triumph, conquering the darkness that plagued the series' past and standing firmly in the light. I have vague memories of visiting the Disney offices in the US and having meetings throughout the long history that we've had. Having individual storylines in each world plus Organization XIII storylines gets pretty confusing, but you can still follow the story.

You can only get this in Kingdom Hearts II Final Mix after defeating Roxas in front of Memory's Skyscraper. If he simply fails an objective, such as losing an Underworld tournament, letting Minnie Mouse be defeated or failing to defeat Demyx's clones in time, he will be shown standing with his arms crossed and a defeated look on his face. This is a battle on a grand scale, incorporating every major player in the series to this point. And there are other problems. Another returning weapon from the first game, this is a Keyblade that is incredibly well balanced and pretty easy to use. This Keyblade has great physical attack power and can acquire after clearing Olympus. This makes Chain of Memories the first of many "rehash" games from the series, and probably the most baffling in hindsight, since they had the perfect excuse to create new assets! This deck is never shuffled, so you want to prepare it ahead of time for your tactics. One of the cooler-looking Keyblades in the game, Pumpkinhead, has the reach of the Jungle King while also having the ability to deal a string of critical attacks in a row. Unfortunately, it's also easy to get lost, period. This is one of the cooler-looking weapons in the game. The biggest weakness of these worlds is that there's no real waypoint system of any kind to point players in the right direction.
In order to get it, you must speak with Namine' after defeating Larxene. They're more useful in combat than they've ever been in the past. And Mickey fans rejoice: while the Mouse only appeared for about a minute of the first game, this time around he has a much larger role. The overall look is way better this time around and the game design is better than the last game. It's easy to get lost in what KH3 has to offer. 100% PlayStation 2Stupid easy game except for the added fight from Final Mix in the final world that was pure bullshit (combos that drain over half your health and no easy way to dodge attacks that I found). So you guys should know about how in KH2 if Sora died during a certain boss battle Mickey would come to save the day, right? Now, I knew this going into Kingdom Hearts when we were prepping our episode. The game is a solid A+ and may be the best entry is the series if not the first KH game. Once you get it, this thing hits like a truck with huge physical power and reach to boot.
