XTREME Gymnastics Team follows the Junior Olympics USA Gymnastics Program consisting of Developmental (Level 3), Compulsory (Levels 4 & 5), and Optionals (Levels 6-10). This is a non-competitive, introductory class for younger athletes. We follow USA Gymnastics guidelines for all of our skill-based classes. Our team is comprised of Junior Olympic Level 2-9 as well as Xcel Silver through Diamond. Kyla was great with the younger kids and gave Megan good advice on bars. This class goal is to create Active Learners and Confident Kids. Girls Classes: Beginner 5-11+. Private lessons are offered in 30-minute increments for up to 2 athletes.
