I needed to LIVE it. I'm still giving this book five stars because it was really good. That line, and everything it represented for the characters, was GOLD. She blames and blames and snaps at people and I did not like her at all. Swear on This Life is a unique and beautifully written second-chance love story. Can Emiline and Jase rewrite their own literary ending? Now after years life will bring them together in a way that I have never experienced before in a story and this is what makes the story unique.

She's overall not happy with her current life and she also has a boyfriend she clearly doesn't love. I highly recommend it to everyone! I loved how Renee Carlino intertwined the lives of the characters in a way that is not in the usual course of a novel. They were great together as friends, but as lovers they were simply wonderful.
