The series should have ended after #1 with Jacob, Queenie, Newt and Tina living happily ever after and leaving Dumbledore and Grindelwald to it. Gliding over the lake is a majestic and fiery phoenix, signifying Dumbledore himself, as these creatures are known for their ties to his family. Nice copy of this title. Reuniting with Dumbledore, he tells Newt where Theseus is imprisoned and assigns Eulalie and Jacob with the task of preventing assassination attempts on Grindelwald's competitors. It chooses Vicência after Dumbledore refuses to be the next Supreme Mugwump. Since there wasn't a used copy of this book available and I had to buy a new copy, I'm choosing to make a donation to For the Gworls, an organization that helps with rent and gender-affirming surgery for trans people.
